We offer several packages designed to accommodate different event sizes, typically ranging from up to 5 children to groups of 20 or more. Our team adjusts the number of caregivers based on the number and ages of the children to ensure proper supervision and a safe environment.

YES! All The Tiny Social Club staff members are carefully vetted to ensure the highest level of safety and professionalism. Our childcare providers undergo background checks and are CPR and First Aid certified. We prioritize the safety and well-being of every child in our care and maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios throughout each event.

We typically care for children ranging from toddlers through pre-teen age. though we can accommodate a wide range of ages depending on the event. Activities are thoughtfully planned to be age-appropriate and engaging so children of different ages can enjoy the experience together.

Our Tiny Guest Lounge includes a variety of engaging activities designed to keep children entertained during the event. Depending on the package selected, activities may include craft stations, coloring and art supplies, puzzles, board games, toys , and a cozy movie area. Our goal is to create a fun and welcoming environment where children feel like they have their own special event.
Parents should provide any essential personal items their child may need during the event, such as diapers, wipes, bottles, snacks, or comfort items. The Tiny Social Club provides the entertainment, activity, supplies, and supervision, but parents are encouraged to bring anything their child may need for comfort or special dietary requirements.

HOW DOES THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCESS WORK?
For safety and peace of mind, The Tiny Social Club uses a structured child check-in and check-out system. Children are only released to the authorized adult(s) who present the matching identification during pickup.
Parents or guardians must remain on the premises while their child is in our care. This ensures that parents are easily reachable if needed and allows us to provide the safest possible childcare environment. One staff member will be designated to stay in contact with parents throughout the event with updates on their child in the event any issues should arise.
